I use my background and international experience to help companies and academia leverage the latest technologies in their business.
I’m particularly interested in knowledge sharing between IT-oriented economic clusters and product development. I am passionate about open-source technology; I devote a large part of my time to end-user education in regards to proactive cyber-security measures and data protection practices.
My educational and professional background centers around Central and Eastern European foreign policy, change management and Information Technology (IT). I’m a graduate of University of California at Berkeley, Stanford University and Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration in Moscow.
